Project Manager

Overview In this role, you will help drive medium-complexity projects supporting Flex's planned spin-off into Axiom, focusing on critical digital infrastructure and AI data-center applications. You will join the Program Management team in Dallas to guide projects from initiation through transfer, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth targets. You’ll coordinate with engineering, management, and external consultants to align customer requirements with organizational goals. You’ll also mentor junior managers and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
