Coverage Needed: ASAP - ongoing 6 days per month Friday-Sunday 24 hour shifts Two weekends per month Friday-Monday 72 hours 7a-7a Nov :00 am Nov :00 am Clinical Information: Practice setting: Hospital Daily Patient Volume: 5 Stroke Interventions Support Staff: Nursing Staff. APP not needed. EMR: eClinical Works (eCW) 24 Hour Call coverage from Hotel Required: DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. Active VA License Board Certified DEA/CSR Must have 200 case logs in the last 24 months BCLS, ACLS
