Breakpoint Partners has a proven track record of delivering measurable results and maximizing value during critical corporate moments. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Investment Banking (Restructuring) role, based in the NY tri-state area or FL, with regular flexibility to work remotely. The candidate will perform financial analysis, create detailed financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare presentations and materials for client pitches and strategic mandates. The role also includes supporting senior team members in executing mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, capital raises, and other financial transactions. QualificationsStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data and statements effectivelyExperience in conducting Due Diligence and understanding financial and operational details of transactionsKnowledge of Finance concepts, including corporate finance, credit analysis, restructuring / distressed debt, capital markets, and valuation techniquesRelevant background or experience in Investment Banking, corporate finance, or advisory rolesExceptional communication, teamwork, and project management skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plusStrong interest in strategic advisory, capital transactions, restructuring, and finance
