Coordinator, Pipeline Programs
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, academic administration, education, or community-based programming. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and community partners. Ability to work effectively in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic data-tracking tools. Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Willingness and ability to travel to off-site meetings and program locations. Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required to support program activities.
