Position Overview: As our Field Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our field activities in Austin. Your role will involve leading and motivating our field resources, ensuring top-notch service quality, and maintaining rigorous safety standards. Your leadership will be essential in shaping our operational success and fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Oversee all MSL Austin field operations, providing clear direction and support to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement. Training and Development: Work closely with the MSL Training General Manager to train and develop our Austin operations personnel, enhancing their skills and effectiveness. Motivation and Discipline: Inspire and motivate the team while implementing the TOS progressive discipline policy to address performance issues when necessary. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality audits and maintain strong communication with Account Managers, Project Managers, and clients to ensure exceptional service quality. Property and Equipment Management: Manage and minimize damage to client property, buildings, and MSL-owned equipment through diligent oversight. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all team members. Process Adherence: Ensure that all operations and field personnel follow established processes, procedures, and uniform policies consistently. Administrative Support: Administer Move Solutions, Ltd. guidelines and provide operational support to Line Manager staff, enhancing client interactions. Documentation and Meetings: Prepare detailed move/installation plans, work orders, and facilitate customer meetings to support the services sold. Client and Service Development: Introduce MSL management to client service needs and contribute to the development of new services, tools, and methods to support our growth.
