Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Captain role based in Dallas, TX. The Captain will be responsible for safely operating vessels, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers, adhering to maritime regulations, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the boat. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, overseeing crew members, ensuring proper boarding and disembarkation procedures, and responding effectively to emergency situations. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in vessel operations and navigation, with a valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License or Texas PBO Captain's license.Knowledge of maritime safety standards and procedures, with the ability to enforce regulations.Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with passengers and crew effectively.Proficiency in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of boat equipment.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crew and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus. 972-771-0004
