Assistant Superintendent – Framing Specialist Are you ready to take your construction career to the next level? We’re looking for someone who thrives on coordinating complex framing projects, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing, with a focus on multi-family wood projects.Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to achieve timely project completion.Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.Coordinate and schedule material deliveries, including lumber and trusses.Lead procurement meetings and ensure seamless materials management.Work with other assistant superintendents on siding, flashing, and waterproofingEnsure job-site cleanliness and maintain daily standards with subcontractors.What You Bring:At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing (required)Strong knowledge of framing methods, materials, and best practicesAbility to manage, coordinate, and supervise all framing phases from start to finishSupervisory experience in construction management (minimum 3 years preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related softwareExperience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus.High School Diploma or GED requiredWhy AMLI?Competitive salary plus bonusesGenerous apartment rental discountsPaid time off: 20 days PTO plus 9 paid holidays (PTO increases with tenure)Tuition reimbursement for continued educationComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401 (k) with employer matchAt AMLI, we believe in fostering innovation, supporting employee growth, and recognizing your contributions.
