Teamwork at Sutherlands means participating in team decisions, maintaining good working relationships and supporting coworkers and our business goals.Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:Greeting customersAssisting customers with paint questions and guiding customers towards using the right productsAccurately estimating the correct material necessary for customer projectsMaintaining an excellent department presentation at all timesWork a varied schedule that may include day, evening, and weekend shiftsQualifications:Previous experience in either the paint trade or sales is preferredExcellent customer service skillsFriendly and outgoing personalityMotivated, hardworking and honestDetail orientedQualified candidates will have a high school education or GED1+ years of retail sales experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or trainingSalary:We offer competitive pay, based on your level of experience.Additional Information:The responsibilities and qualifications displayed here are subject to change.
