Let's run there.Your Job:The Compliance Analyst plays a key role in assisting with various compliance programs including Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC), and privacy. The Compliance Analyst will also help with the administration of Brooks' contracts platform and enforcement of our UMAP Policy.The Compliance Analyst directly supports our compliance program's evolution by handling administrative and operational tasks. The Compliance Analyst will collaborate with internal employees and external vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitate effective training delivery, support contract execution, and execute vendor onboarding processes.Your Responsibilities:Training AdministrationCoordinate web-based compliance training for 1000+ employees globally via Brooks' learning management system. This includes assignments, tracking, and follow-up of annual ethics and privacy training.Assist with web-based new hire ethics and privacy training for onboarding programs globally.Develop learning experience by leveraging platform features such as creating new course content and assigning recordings for missed sessions.Support expanded training delivery including live and web-based training for external vendors such as suppliers and distributors.Ethics & Compliance Program SupportAssist with administration of tools for ethics hotline and conflict of interest disclosures.Support expansion of vendor onboarding and due diligence programs.Gather and organize documentation for internal and external audits.Assist with internal investigations including meeting scheduling, evidence collation, and administrative support.Privacy Program SupportExecute day-to-day privacy operations including intake, triage, and responding to data subjects. Complete requests via OneTrust module.Coordinate data collection with system owners and organize data for data subject access requests.Develop dashboards and track metrics for the privacy program.Support internal business privacy processes such as managing suppression lists.Process & Policy Administration (for Ethics and Privacy programs)Maintain process documentation. Ensure procedures are up to date.Coordinate regular policy updates including version control, stakeholder review, translations, and communications rollout.Track policy ownership and schedule updates for key policies.Contracts support/generalAdminister contract management system including user group creation, report template development, and user training.Support contract execution including approval process, gathering signed contracts, and establishing automated filing processes.Support execution of international vendor agreements and consultant performance documentation.Manage vendor relationships including licenses, renewals, and optimization of legal team tools.Maintain the Legal intranet, keeping self-service information and templates up to date and posting timely information.Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (UMAP) Policy enforcement supportReview suspected infractions and send UMAP violation letters.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred3+ years' experience in an administrative role in a legal or regulatory settingExcellent organization skills and attention to detail. Strong accuracy in documentation and process management.Comfort working in a global environment with colleagues at all levels in various time zones in a fastpaced, cross-functional environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral, written, critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills; andExcellent problem-solving abilities and results oriented.Preferred qualifications:Familiarity with Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulations and analogous regulations in other jurisdictionsExperience working with consumer goods brands (and their suppliers)Experience with contract and learning management systemsAwareness of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)Experience meeting strict legal and regulatory deadlinesCompensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $74,985-$112,478 per year.
