Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Java / ReactLocation: Columbus, OhioWork Arrangement: OnsiteEmployment Type: Contract-to-Hire / Right-to-HireAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer – Java / React to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on full stack development with a strong backend focus, primarily driving Java-based backend components alongside React frontend interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, implement, and maintain microservices and enterprise applications, focusing on a production split of approximately 70% backend development (Java / Spring Boot) and 30% frontend development (React).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, working closely with product owners and engineering peers within an Agile development ecosystem.Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions for complex application defects, database performance bottlenecks, and system integration flaws.Participate in design reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment activities, executing unit testing, building comprehensive integration test layers, and participating in code quality governance.Follow established company policies, procedures, security standards, and development practices to ensure secure data persistence across relational databases and stable software release lifecycles.Perform other job-related duties as assigned, such as exploring Gen AI / Agentic AI applications, deploying components to cloud environments, and continuously optimizing application speed and responsiveness.Required QualificationsThis is a hands-on Full Stack Development role with a strong backend focus.
