Program ArchitectCTG is seeking a highly experienced Program Architect to support a major client initiative focused on enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and modern digital transformation. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 12 MonthsKey Responsibilities:Lead program-level architecture across complex enterprise initiativesDefine and deliver architecture roadmaps, blueprints, and solution designs for executive stakeholdersArchitect scalable solutions using Java, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworksDrive end-to-end architectural governance across multiple delivery teamsPartner with business and technology leadership to translate requirements into robust technical solutionsEvaluate and guide adoption of emerging technologies, including GenAIProvide strategic advisory support on modernization and enterprise architecture directionRequired Skills:15+ years of IT experience with strong emphasis on architecture and solution designDeep expertise in Java, APIs, and enterprise system integrationsProven ability to create architecture roadmaps and technical blueprints for leadership audiencesStrong background in enterprise architecture, governance, and large-scale system designExposure to GenAI technologies and use cases in enterprise environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAmex experience highly preferredExperience:Minimum 15+ years in IT with significant experience in architecture leadership rolesProven track record in large, complex enterprise environmentsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceAdvanced degree preferredExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
