Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and coordinate e-commerce fulfillment operations within our 3PL environment. This role ensures accurate order processing, inventory integrity, client satisfaction, and seamless integration between online sales platforms and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong logistics experience, understands multi-client fulfillment, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution setting. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Client Account ManagementOversee daily processing of e-commerce orders across multiple client accountsManage integrations between client platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) and the WMSMonitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure on-time order fulfillmentServe as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce clientsConduct regular performance reviews and reporting for clients Fulfillment & Warehouse CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse teams to prioritize picking, packing, and shippingEnsure order accuracy, proper labeling, and carrier complianceMonitor inventory levels and ensure real-time stock accuracyOversee returns processing (reverse logistics) and restocking proceduresIdentify and resolve fulfillment discrepancies Team LeadershipSupervise e-commerce coordinators or fulfillment support staffTrain team members on SOPs, client requirements, and system updatesEnsure compliance with company policies and safety standards Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL operationsExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrationsAdvanced Excel and reporting skills Preferred SkillsExperience managing multiple client accountsKnowledge of EDI and API integrationsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Work EnvironmentWarehouse and office-based settingFast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMay require flexibility during peak seasons Dawson offers a competitive wage, and excellent benefits.
