Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent work ethic and intrinsic self motivation to get up, get out and make sales happen. Responsibilities - Self generate work; B&R will provide you with a supervisor who will assist you in acquiring to completing your first couple jobs as part of our paid training period. The commission from these jobs will be 100% yours to keep. - Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Follow baseline expectations of professionalism set forth by B&R company policy. - Operate with integrity and honesty, the B&R way. Qualifications - No formal employment prerequisite qualifications required. - Consistent to a motor vehicle as a lot of this job is movement from area to area, appointment to appointment. - Sales experience preferred, but not required. - Must be able to speak proficiently after some practice to total strangers without panic.
