Associate Service Engineer

Raleigh, North Carolina - 2026-05-22We seek an Associate Service Engineer to join our dedicated and talented team. At TSP, we share a passion for providing an entirely positive, above-and-beyond service experience for every customer in the TSP family.ASSOCIATE SERVICE ENGINEERS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform hands-on hardware break-fix on multiple storage platforms after a short training periodSchedule service calls and coordinate delivery of parts to meet customer SLAsFrequently lift and move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for maintenanceAct as smart hands with direction from the Rubrik support center for Rubrik maintenancePerform installations of Rubrik storage equipment, including unboxing, lifting, racking/stacking, and configurationInstall PayRange devices in multiple local locationsInteract with IT customers, TSP technical team members, and external support organizationsInfluence customer technical representatives, including systems administrators and technical managersMaintain flexibility to travel outside the coverage area when requiredParticipate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotationTHE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:Hardware troubleshooting experience in work, military service, or as a trusted technical resource for friends and familyGood job stability reflected on the resumeDegree in computer science, information technology, or another technical field preferredPositive attitude, professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to learn quicklyStrong sense of urgency, time management, punctuality, and customer-facing skillsGeneral understanding of Microsoft Outlook and professional communication skills by phone, email, and in personAdditional Information About This Role Formal and informal training toward certifications would be considered for a qualified candidateValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (business mileage will be reimbursedIn this role, you will drive to various data center locations in your service area/regionPay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour View our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefitsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United StatesWE ARE TSPTSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
