Check out our Communication Creed and Non-Negotiable Items that help define our culture—and ask us about Never Letting Donkeys In The Pool.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship is not available.Residency in Illinois is preferred; candidates residing in neighboring states may be considered.Candidates must be willing and able to travel by car within the state of Illinois.As a Training Facilitator, your primary focus will be delivery, engagement, and learner success, with some support of existing instructional materials as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) using established curricula to help end-users effectively navigate and use client systemsConduct knowledge transfer sessions, system walk-throughs, and hands-on training exercises to reinforce learning objectivesPrepare for and deliver training by becoming proficient in the technology and existing training materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, exercises, and job aids.Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Team Leads, and client stakeholders to plan training schedules, demonstrations, and delivery approachesProvide feedback and recommended updates to training materials based on learner experience, client input, and observed training outcomesMake minor edits and updates to training materials as needed, following established standards and templatesSupport the creation and refinement of recorded training sessions or short videos for use in the Learning Management System (LMS)Assist with basic editing of animated or technology-enabled learning assets created with modern toolsServe as a backup Training Lead when required, supporting facilitation coordination and client communicationRequirementsSkills Needed to Be Successful in This RoleStrong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentComfortable facilitating training for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiencyFlexible and willing to adjust schedules to support training delivery and client needsAbility to use and lightly modify training materials using tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPointAnalytical mindset to understand learner needs and follow structured training flows created by Instructional DesignersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailAction-oriented and capable of balancing multiple training activities and prioritiesApproachable, open, and collaborative with team members and clientsComfortable participating in team discussions to share insights, feedback, and progressAble to remain composed and professional under pressureEffective at navigating ambiguity and moving forward even when all details are not finalizedStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize while keeping projects on trackProactive communicator with subject matter experts and project team membersWilling and able to learn and troubleshoot system or technical issues with guidanceAbility to travel within Illinois for instructor-led training deliveryExperience:Experience facilitating in-person technology training or similar adult-learning classroom trainingExperience facilitating training for SAP or similar enterprise systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint (required)Experience supporting instructional design models, principles, strategies, and techniquesExperience supporting projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (preferred)Experience delivering or supporting training content within a Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred)Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) (preferred)What else does it take to be successful at Briljent?Consultative Mindset –Listen.
