Program Manager - III
Job Summary Our telecommunications client is seeking a Program Manager III to support the business group by providing senior-level business support, including inventory, sales, and buyback management of uniform and gear programs. This role will work closely with vendors to ensure deadlines, contract requirements, quality standards, and company expectations are met. The Program Manager will manage the development and implementation of uniform programs and quarterly launches while partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer experience initiatives and eliminate pain points. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, schedules, and provide budget oversight for the Consumer Group uniform programLead preparation, launch, and sustainability efforts for quarterly uniform program initiativesDevelop and implement process controls to manage inventory and minimize potential buybacks annuallyManage contracts and vendors, serving as a liaison between management and vendor/partner organizations on contract development, execution, and vendor managementCreate and manage processes for monitoring inventory, sales, and potential buybacks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of uniform programs while supporting in-store brand experiencesBring forward changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to improve processes and develop best practicesManage change within programs, evaluate risks, and assess potential impacts on program deliveryWork closely with cross-functional teams to support customer experience opportunities and eliminate pain pointsPerform additional duties and projects as assigned by business management Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor's Degree4+ years of experience in organizational programs, project management, or a related areaExperience with inventory management, vendor management, and contract administrationExperience developing project plans, schedules, and managing program executionStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Experience supporting retail, operations, uniform, merchandise, or inventory-based programsExperience managing quarterly launches or large-scale program rolloutsExperience implementing process controls and continuous improvement initiativesExperience with budget oversight and risk management Work EnvironmentLocation: Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TXHybrid onsite scheduleNot open to relocation Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is up to $41/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
