This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and assemble pizza doughs, sauces, toppings, and cheeses according to established recipes and menu specifications * Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently * Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed meticulously to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment * Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties and seasonal specials based on customer preferences and industry trends * Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee perfectly baked pizzas with consistent quality * Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, restocking supplies as needed to support high-volume production * Adhere strictly to food safety management protocols, including proper food storage, sanitizing procedures, and allergen awareness *Requirements* * Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles, preferably with pizza or restaurant experience * Strong knife skills and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers * Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitizing procedures within a commercial kitchen setting * Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume food production environments * Familiarity with dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for creating visually appealing and tasty pizzas Join us in delivering exceptional pizza experiences!
