Administrative Assistant - EES Fixed Services
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the EES Fixed Services team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in office management, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in office or medical reception are a plus. The position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and attention to detail are valued.
Responsibilities
Manage desk operations, including greeting visitors.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence, reports, and scheduling
Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members
Handle customer support inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office management tasks
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software as needed
Support administrative functions such as copying, scanning, and organizing files
Provide personal assistant support including calendar management and task prioritization
Experience
Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical roles such as dental or medical receptionist positions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy are essential.
Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills
Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners is beneficial
