The Workplace Insights and Strategy Leader will be responsible for leveraging insights to understand business needs and develop strategies to deliver an effective workplace environment. This role combines qualitative and quantitative data to understand business and employee needs, workplace trends, and business dynamics.Global Head of Workplace Strategy and Data Responsibilities:Deliver and champion Meta's new Flexible Workspaces program, rooted in data. Continue to refine the program to meet Meta’s evolving needsCollaborate with the Global Workplace Services (GWS) Business Partners to understand and tailor the Flexible Workspaces program to tailor to each business groupLead space forecasting based on organizational growth, team needs, and evolving work patternsEvaluate and recommend scenarios to optimize office portfolios, own supply demand analysis, and support long-term real estate strategyBuild and own workplace analytics dashboards across occupancy, utilization, experience metrics, cost, and operational efficiencyDrive change management strategies and workflow/process changesCollect, structure, and interpret data from sensors, booking systems, surveys, and operational tools to inform workplace decisionsIdentify actionable insights to improve space efficiency, employee satisfaction, and workplace performance. Manage and modernize the CAFM system to best report this dataPartner with IT, Facilities, People Ops, Finance, and business leaders to deliver integrated workplace solutionsEvaluate emerging workplace technologies (e.g., occupancy sensors, booking tools, AI-driven insights) and implement solutions that enhance productivityBenchmark industry trends to evolve our workplace strategyMinimum Qualifications:15+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, data analytics, consulting, or related fieldsExperience with hybrid work strategy and space utilizationExperience using workplace analytics tools, BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), or data modelingExperience with design thinking, change management, or emerging workplace program and technologiesProven experience translating complex data into clear strategic recommendationsExperience of prioritizing your workload effectively, successfully managing your time and stakeholders, to achieve your goalsProven experience having successful communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
