About Us We provide specialized electrical services to industrial facilities, utilities, and energy clients across North America. Our work supports critical infrastructure and includes electrical testing, commissioning, protection & control, engineering, and project execution. What You’ll Do The Contract Administrator supports project and operations teams by managing contract documents, tracking compliance requirements, and helping ensure projects are executed in line with contractual and commercial obligations. This role works closely with project managers, finance, legal, sales, and clients to keep contracts organized, current, and properly administered throughout the project lifecycle. This role primarily supports contract structures that include Master Service Agreements (MSAs), work orders, and subcontractor agreements. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and maintain contract documents including master service agreements, work orders, subcontracts, and amendments Implement tracking system, and track contract requirements such as insurance, bonding, safety documentation, and client-specific compliance items Support project teams with contract interpretation related to scope, billing terms, change orders, and deliverables Monitor key contract dates including renewals, expirations, notice periods, and milestones Coordinate with finance on billing requirements, backup documentation, and contract-related questions Maintain accurate contract records in internal systems and shared project folders Support audits, internal reviews, and client requests for contract documentation Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients regarding contract matters Qualifications & Experience 2–5 years of experience in contract administration, project administration, or a similar role, or relevant education background.
