DescriptionPosition TitlePMC2 Project CoordinatorThis position requires Security ClearanceLocationFort Gordon, GAPosition SummaryThe Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, tracking, and completion of multiple operational, training, logistics, and facility-related projects in support of government and cybersecurity mission requirements. This role coordinates with leadership, instructors, technical teams, logistics personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The position requires strong organizational, communication, reporting, and administrative management skills in a fast-paced operational environment. Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Army, or Cyber Protection Brigade (CPB) operations is highly desirable.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & ManagementCoordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects supporting cyber operations, training programs, facility upgrades, software implementations, and operational initiatives.Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.Provide project status updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Assist with budgeting, procurement tracking, and contract-related administrative actions.Coordinate meetings, action items, and communications among project teams and stakeholders.Support testing center operations, classroom upgrades, equipment modernization, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.Administrative & Operational SupportProvide administrative support to program leadership, project managers, and operational teams.Maintain schedules, calendars, mission trackers, organizational charts, databases, and reporting systems.Coordinate instructor schedules, classroom assignments, training events, and logistical requirements.Prepare and maintain official correspondence, memorandums, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.Maintain project documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and records management systems.Assist with personnel onboarding, deployment processing, and mandatory training tracking.Coordinate facility maintenance requests, supply procurement, and equipment accountability activities.Logistics & Resource CoordinationCoordinate procurement and delivery of training materials, equipment, supplies, and mission-essential resources.Track purchases, invoices, funding codes, and budget documentation.Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment distribution activities.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and logistics personnel to ensure mission support requirements are met.Communication & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a liaison between leadership, instructors, technical teams, contractors, and customers.Ensure timely dissemination of policy updates, scheduling changes, and operational notifications.Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.Support customer service efforts and maintain positive professional relationships with mission partners.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of project coordination, administrative management, or operational support experience.Experience supporting DoD, Army, federal government, or cybersecurity-related programs preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project, Adobe, etc.).Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, logistics coordination, and reporting processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.ITIL certification.Experience supporting Cyber Protection Brigade (CPB) or cyber training operations.Knowledge of government contracting and acquisition processes.Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.Core CompetenciesProject Planning and CoordinationOperational SupportAdministrative ManagementLogistics CoordinationBudget Tracking and ProcurementReporting and DocumentationProcess ImprovementCommunication and Stakeholder ManagementOrganizational LeadershipTime Management and Prioritization
