As a Systems Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring our technology solutions align with customer expectations and operational goals.Location: Atlanta, GA based position. No relocation budget available.What You’ll DoPartner closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document business and system requirements for enterprise technology initiativesCreate comprehensive functional and technical documentation including process flows, use cases, user stories, and system specificationsServe as a liaison between customers, project teams, and technical resources throughout the entire project lifecycleFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with diverse stakeholder groupsOperate in a support-heavy capacity while contributing to longer-term project workAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutionsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implementedSupport testing efforts by developing test scenarios and validating that solutions meet documented requirementsManage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentContribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standardsWhat You’ll Bring3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or similar role in complex enterprise environmentsExperience in SQL (comfortable writing queries to pull and analyze data)AWS familiarity (DynamoDB, RDS, general service navigation)Observability and monitoring tools (DataDog or equivalent), including error tracing and production issue screeningAbility to work independently (self-starter) with minimal direction, while having an ownership mindset for assigned workExperience taking ownership of large bodies of work (epics, feature sets, project phases) and driving them forward with limited oversightTrack record of gathering and refining requirements through direct business stakeholder engagementAbility to build productive working relationships and effectively communicate with both technical teams and business partnersExperience providing operational and production support, including triaging and resolving issuesStrong problem solver who can find answers across people, systems, and documentationPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperient is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
