Job Description We are a full servive Building, Designing and Architectural firm We build room additions and new custom homes, We are seeking a minimum 5 year experianced PM to run projects Please do not apply unless this is your current proffesion.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on supervision with strategic project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Join our team to drive successful project execution while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.DutiesLead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet project milestones and client expectationsOversee daily site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and work is performed according to design schematics and contract specificationsCollaborate with project stakeholders—contractors, architects, engineers, and clients—to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptlyManage project schedules using gantt charts, excel, or other construction management software to optimize resource allocation and timeline adherenceReview blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of project requirementsFollow company processes for documentation, estimating, tracking project progress, and reportingConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standardsCoordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project schedulesMaintain comprehensive records of project activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and other documentation necessary for successful project managementExperienceProven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years managing mid-large-scale construction projectsExtensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety regulations, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretationDemonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExcellent time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demandsHands-on experience with civil projects preferred; familiarity with heavy civil construction practices is a plusStrong communication skills for clear coordination across teams and stakeholdersWe look forward to a long time proffesional partnership Company DescriptionWe build Custom homes and room additions.
