Start-up & Commissioning Engineer (ME)

Overview Are you our Start-up & Commissioning Engineer for our Middle East region? As a Start-up & Commissioning Engineer you are responsible for the on-site work on our flow metering systems for the energy industry. This means that you will have to travel often (+/- 50%) of the time. No matter what or how much happens, you know what to do to make our projects a success. You are perfectly able to manage all the different phases from programming, testing, start-up and full operational support over the complete lifetime of our flow metering systems. Communication is key, you are a great technician with social skills that make you successful in your job, because you easily switch between all lines of communication with customers, manufacturers and colleagues. The most successful candidate: You have a degree on higher level in electrical/electronics Instrumentation engineering; Has at least 2 years of experience as a Start-up & Commissioning Engineer in the metering field; In possession of VCA-VOL certificate; Excellent English (verbal and written); You’d rather travel than stay home on the sofa; Like a spider in a web, you are able to manage all the different phases of custody metering systems: from to designs, programming, testing and migration to final operation.
