Each has 2-3 days per week. They may be changing this to weekly. Not a huge volume of after hours calls.Team Structure:4 Analyst total1 Sr Analyst2 Analysts1 Community Connect Analyst – only responsible for Community Connect partnersPosition SummaryLooking for a strong Epic HIM Certified Analyst that has experience in all 4 areas of Epic HIM and specifically strong in Coding.The HIM team gets pulled into a lot of other applications projects because it will have effect on the HIM teams build. This person needs to be able to ask questions in meetings and not stay silent if they don’t understand how HIM will be affected.Don’t intend for this person to be point person any project initially out the gate but have a lot of things going on that they could be a part of: Beans implementation, Compass Rose implementation, Single Path Coding, Community Connect, AI for coding, etc.Need this person to be assertive in meetings and not be afraid to ask questions in project and planning meetings.Position QualificationsMust be certified in Epic HIM (Coding, ROI, and Deficiency Tracking)Epic HIM Identity certification is preferred, not requiredMust have 3+ years of Epic HIM build, testing, and support experienceMust have build and support experience in all 4 areas of Epic HIM – Coding, Deficiency Tracking, ROI, and IdentityExperience with CDI (clinical documentation improvement) and / or Community Connects would be a bonus, not requiredSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesHospitals and Health Care
