The firm provides investment management, financial advisory, and family office services designed to support complex financial needs and long-term wealth preservation.We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Financial Advisory team in New York. This individual will play a key role supporting client relationships through portfolio analysis, financial planning support, investment reporting, and family office services.This position offers exposure to portfolio construction, private investments, estate planning strategies, client interactions, and investment execution within a sophisticated advisory environment.Key Responsibilities• Prepare client balance sheets and asset allocation analyses.• Monitor investment performance and prepare quarterly portfolio reports.• Support portfolio construction and investment analysis across multiple asset classes.• Perform ad hoc financial, tax, and estate planning analyses.• Assist with trust and estate planning structures, including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, GRATs, Delaware trusts, and LLCs.• Support gifting strategies, promissory notes, wills, and other wealth transfer planning initiatives.• Participate in equity and option trading activities with increasing levels of responsibility.• Gather and coordinate client tax documentation and reporting requirements.• Assist with direct private investment opportunities and broader family office operations.• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client service teams.Qualifications• 3-4 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment management, family office, private banking, public accounting, consulting, or financial advisory services.• Strong interest in investment management and client service.• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and professionalism.• Bachelor's degree required.
