Cost Analyst

Job Summary:The Strategy Planning Team within InstallX supports finance and billing operations for last-mile delivery (LMD) and installation services. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, service providers, audit teams, and internal finance groups to ensure accurate billing, timely financial close, and overall financial integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and finalize monthly and cumulative billing and closing dataManage AP/AR transactions within the GSI systemCoordinate with service providers to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve outstanding itemsHandle billing coordination with clients based on contractual termsSupport financial reporting and analysis for leadership reviewAct as a point of contact for billing and financial inquiries (internal & external)Take on additional responsibilities as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field5–7+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance operationsStrong knowledge of:Monthly close processesAP/ARExpense and revenue recognitionProficient in Microsoft Excel and Office toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindsetOverviewLocation: Englewood Cliffs, NJ and relocating to Teaneck, NJWork Authorization: Visa Sponsorship UnavailableLanguage Requirement: Bilingual in Korean and EnglishBenefits: Full Time Benefits Provided
