As an employee at NSI Industries, you reap the benefits of being part of an expanding company that still maintains a progressive employee culture and atmosphere.Warehouse AssociatePick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficientlyVerify quantities, item numbers, and order details against pick tickets and shipping documentsLabel packages correctly and pack cartons securely to prevent damage in transitStage completed orders for carrier pickup and support daily shipping deadlinesInspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy standards are metAssist with receiving, stocking, and inventory support as neededMaintain an organized shipping area and accurate shipping recordsFollow safety procedures and support general warehouse operations as assignedRequired Skills & Experience:Ability to read and follow work instructions, pick tickets, order details, and shipping documentation in EnglishStrong attention to detail when picking, labeling, packaging, and verifying shipmentsAbility to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 50 poundsBasic computer or data entry skills for processing shipping information accuratelyEffective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team membersStrong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environmentForklift certification or prior equipment experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the position with or without accommodationPreferred Skills & Experience:Previous shipping, order fulfillment, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredPhysical Demands:Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion throughout the workdayFrequent use of hands and fingers to pick, pack, label, and handle shipping materials and productsAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and pull products and packages up to 50 poundsVisual ability to read labels, shipping documents, and inventory information accuratelyAbility to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperaturesHourly Pay Rate Range: $21.00 - $26.00_______________ _ _ _ _ _ _Benefits: NSI Industries offers a competitive salary, performance-based and attendance bonuses for certain roles.
