Machine Responsible RBP2 Demonstrate Drylock Core Values: Safety, Respect, and OwnershipAssume full ownership of assigned manufacturing line(s), including safety, quality, productivity, and operational performanceEnsure equipment is operated in accordance with safety standards, work instructions, and company policiesMonitor machine performance and production output to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targetsIdentify, troubleshoot, and escalate mechanical, electrical, or process issues impacting line performanceCoordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and line readinessPerform changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and product transitions per standard operating proceduresEnsure product quality standards are met by conducting in-process checks and responding to quality issuesDocument production data, downtime, scrap, and corrective actions accurately and in a timely mannerTrain and support operators on proper machine operation, safety expectations, and standard workCommunicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Leadership to align operational prioritiesEnforce housekeeping and 5S standards within the assigned work areaParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to safety, quality, or equipment issuesSupport new product introductions, trials, and process validations as requiredPerform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in an automated industrial manufacturing environment. Must have hands-on experience with equipment commonly found in automated manufacturing equipment i.e. presence sensors, transducers, servo motors.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HMI controlled manufacturing equipment.Experience operating, setting up, or leading production equipment or manufacturing linesBasic experience with manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, MES, or production tracking systems) preferredStrong commitment to workplace safety and safe machine operationAbility to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentationMechanical aptitude with the ability to identify basic equipment issuesBasic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production flowAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt to frequent changes in production schedules and prioritiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and maintain focus during production pressuresDemonstrated initiative and ownership mindsetBasic math skills related to production counts, scrap, and efficiencyNone (may provide functional guidance or training to operators)
