Finance Manager

About the CompanyWe are a dynamic and growing U.S. subsidiary of a leading Italian multinational manufacturing company. With a strong global presence and a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in the U.S. and ensure alignment with the parent company’s financial strategy, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.Position SummaryThe Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the U.S. subsidiary, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role requires strong collaboration with the Italian parent company to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data, adherence to the U.S. GAAP, and alignment with global financial policies and international regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP Coordinate with the Italian parent company on group reporting, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations, including reporting requirements and filings across multiple jurisdictions.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.Liaise with external auditors, CPA firms, and other professional advisors to ensure compliance and support audits.
