What You'll Be DoingResponding to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels. Boosting sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Documenting and updating all customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up. Staying informed about our products and services to provide comprehensive assistance. Applying creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer loyalty. What We Are Looking ForA minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment. A high school diploma is required; additional education is an advantage. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Enthusiastic and professional attitude towards customer service. Hands-on experience troubleshooting customer products and services. How You Can Stand OutExperience supporting luxury brand products.
