In-House Loan Originator – Private Real Estate Lending CompanyRok Lending, a family office with a 50+ year reputation headquartered in Aventura, is seeking an experienced Loan Originator to join our private real estate lending platform.We specialize in real estate loans of $5 million and up and are looking for a driven professional with an established book of borrower and/or broker relationships. This position may be performed remotely.The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial lending experience, a proven track record of originating and closing loans, and the ability to manage relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and repeat borrowers.Key Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate lending experienceEstablished borrower and/or broker relationshipsMinimum of $50 million in loan closings over the last two yearsStrong understanding of underwriting criteria, loan structure, and complianceExcellent communication, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree requiredResponsibilities include:Sourcing and pre-qualifying borrowers and brokersReviewing loan applications and financial informationPreparing complete loan packages for underwritingAssisting with diligence, third-party reports, and closing coordinationMaintaining strong industry relationships and market knowledgePlease include your LinkedIn profile with your resume or application package.
