Radiology Physician

The hospital offers advanced diagnostic imaging services with state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative working environment that includes resident teaching opportunities.Opportunity: Physician (MD) - Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Vascular and Interventional RadiologyJob Details: • Remote ED overnight coverage (11p-7a EST) needed for 2-3 weeks per month (minimum 7 shifts monthly)• Work with 2-3 residents overnight as the only attending radiologist• Average 80-120 ED cases per 8-hour shift• Resident teaching is required as part of the position• Case logs must be submitted with application• Clean malpractice history required with NPDB report (within 30 days) needed at time of application• Board certification required with active Michigan license• DEA waiver required (full DEA not needed for this position)• BLS certification not required for remote work• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days• Position is available ASAP with ongoing need• Opportunity may lead to permanent placement (Locums-to-Perm)Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
