We are known for technical excellence, collaboration, and commitment to high-quality client solutions.Sectors We Operate In Mission Critical and Data Centers Aviation Advanced Manufacturing What You Will DoPerform site observations of construction and existing conditions as directed by the Engineer of Record, and prepare clear, accurate reportsSupport the development and implementation of solutions to address construction issues and deficiencies, and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolutionAssist with contractor–engineer coordination, including dispute resolution and evaluation of change order requestsReview shop drawings and support QA/QC efforts for design documents and specificationsTravel to project sites and work in both remote and on-site environments to support field coordinationCollaborate with project teams and operate effectively within active construction settingsWhat You BringLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) required with a minimum of five (5) years of construction-related experience; SE license preferredBachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) and Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineer (structural emphasis) required Experience performing site observations and developing solutions for construction errors and deficienciesExperience with structural systems, including structural steel and cast-in-place concreteKnowledge of various foundation systemsUnderstanding of seismic design and detailing requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience resolving issues between engineers and contractorsStrong technical report writing skillsWhy Join AG&EAt AG&E, you’ll work in a supportive and highly collaborative environment that encourages teamwork.
