This role reports to the VP of Sales and is primarily a hunter role , focused on new customer acquisition and international revenue growth.This position requires a strong ability to identify and engage prospective customers through active prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships. The role also serves as a senior commercial leader and subject matter expert for DHL eCommerce international solutions, including SaaS and API-enabled integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead new customer acquisition for DHL eCommerce international solutions, with a strong focus on cross‐border ecommercePromote and support cross‐border sales across the broader sales organization in partnership with Regional Vice PresidentsIdentify, qualify, and validate international ecommerce opportunities through prospecting, shared leads, and customer expansionServe as an industry thought leader and subject matter expert in international ecommerce and sales enablementTarget enterprise and high‐growth ecommerce customers, including top online retailers, marketplaces, and pure‐play merchantsCollaborate closely with Product, Strategy, and Commercial teams to align offerings, pricing strategies, and go‐to‐market executionRepresent DHL eCommerce externally through customer meetings, networking, and speaking engagementsMaintain a healthy, well‐managed Salesforce pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding sales performance goalsCoach, train, and conduct performance reviews for International Sales Managers and Senior Sales ManagersAct as the voice of the customer by sharing client insights, feedback, and market trends internallyMandatory RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline8–10 years of outside sales experienceDemonstrated experience selling technology‐enabled solutions, including SaaS and API integrationsProven success in new business development and hunter‐focused sales rolesExperience working with ecommerce customers, platforms, or marketplacesPrior use of a CRM system (Salesforce.com preferred)Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry eventsPreferred ExperienceExperience in logistics or parcel delivery environmentsSales leadership or people‐management experienceStrong understanding of merchant platforms and ecommerce ecosystemsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsProfessional office or remote work environmentRegular sitting, standing, and walking consistent with office workTravel required for sales calls, customer visits, and industry eventsAs a Great Place to Work, Top Employer, and leading logistics company, at DHL eCommerce , we are committed to helping you build a career you'll love with benefits and incentives that support your personal and professional well‐being:Competitive PayBonus ProgramsRetirement Savings – 401k with company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, Well‐being programsFSA/HSA availabilityTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off including vacation and sick timeCompany Paid Holidays and Floating HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Discount ProgramEmployee Assistance & Work Life ProgramShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceCompensationAnnual base salary of: $100,000-$150,000 plus Commission of: $100,000-$150,000.This range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
