Client Details Our client is a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company developing specialized components for highly regulated, high‐performance applications. Their technology is recognized as industry‐shaping, with a mission centered on precision, innovation, and environmental impact reduction. Description Lead front‐line QC operations across Burlington and Cleveland, ensuring consistent execution, shift coverage, and on‐time inspections. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working in PPE, and navigating lab/production environments. Job Offer Opportunity to lead quality operations for advanced manufacturing supporting next‐generation aerospace technology. Work in a rapidly growing environment where processes, teams, and systems are still being developed and shaped. High visibility and influence across both tactical QC operations and strategic QMS initiatives.
