Job Duties and Responsibilities:Adhere to all Client policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Provide comprehensive project administration and coordination support across all capital project phases. Manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, version control, and compliance with Client document control standards. Establish and maintain structured document control systems for drawings, specifications, correspondence, change records, and project deliverables. Support project change management by tracking scope changes, maintaining change logs, coordinating approvals, and ensuring impacts to cost and schedule are documented. Coordinate with project team members and contractors to collect, consolidate, and distribute routine project status and progress updates. Assist with project reporting.Assist with gathering scoping information and support the preparation of execution plans, project schedules, and cost estimates. Record, distribute, and archive meeting minutes; track action items and follow through to closure. Assist with the preparation and ongoing update of monthly project cost sheets and related financial tracking documentation. Coordinate and document Lessons Learned at the conclusion of project phases and final project closeout.
