Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the internal bugs/issues board
Perform QA testing on newly released features and develop comprehensive test plans
Become a functional expert in the software platform and document testing procedures and resolutions
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in QA, testing, or technical project coordination
Foundational understanding or prior experience in software development or engineering
Experience with QA automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
