You are not only on the front lines of recovery—you lead the crew, set the standard for safety and professionalism, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards.When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need leaders who do the same.What You'll DoLead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sitesRespond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related eventsPerform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standardsDevelop drying plans and monitor progress to ensure proper equipment placement and moisture goals are metRemove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficientlyDecontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spacesCollaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable itemsDocument job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using PSA and other required softwareCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusters, and internal teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all timesEnsure proper setup, operation, cleaning, and storage of tools and equipmentTrain and mentor Mitigation Technicians to uphold quality and safety standardsFollow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment useReady to Join Us?We are building the future of property protection, and we need strong leaders in the field to help us get there.
