What You'll Be DoingPerform basic mechanical work, including taking apart and reassembling equipment (unbolting/bolting components)Use hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers to complete maintenance tasksSupport general plant maintenance and assist with day-to-day operational needsWork alongside the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair equipment issuesFollow all safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment What Are We Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experienceComfortable using basic tools and performing mechanical tasksWelding experience preferred, but not requiredReliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCommitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
