Assembler As an Assembler II, you'll play a critical role in building high-quality, tight-tolerance medical components. You'll also help guide less experienced team members and contribute to a culture of excellence.Responsibilities include:Assemble complex medical devices and subassemblies to detailed blueprints and specificationsUse precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and optical comparatorsPerform drilling, tapping, reaming, fitting, and alignment of componentsWork with moving mechanical parts (gears, shafts, bearings) and test functionalitySupport advanced processes like laser welding (as applicable)Plan and execute assembly procedures with efficiency and accuracyMentor and support Assembler I team membersshare your knowledge and expertiseCollaborate across teams to improve quality, reduce waste, and optimize productionMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)5+ years of experience with tight-tolerance metal assemblies (titanium, aluminum, stainless steel)Strong experience with hand tools and assembly equipment (drill press, fixtures, etc.)Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specificationsKnowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)Experience in medical device manufacturing (highly preferred)Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) and basic computer skillsStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetWhy You'll Love It Here:Work on products that truly impact livesBe part of a skilled, collaborative manufacturing teamOpportunities to mentor and grow into leadershipClean, well-lit, safety-focused facilityCulture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvementSalary Range: $20-$26 depending on experience
