This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks — one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you're drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.If you're the kind of person who thrives in the field and loves the variety that comes with every job site, this opportunity is for you.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of technical tasks including but not limited to:OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setupStructured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporateMaintain a high standard of professionalism with clientsBe on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory Preferred Skills & ExperiencePC and printer troubleshooting experience (a strong plus)At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the following:A+ CertificationNetwork+ CertificationOR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./TelecomRequired Equipment & QualificationsReliable personal vehicle (Public transportation not accepted)Valid driver’s licenseMust have a standard set of tools for basic I.T. and networking tasks (e.g., screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers).
