When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.Location: East Orange, NJJob Type/Status: Full-TimeSalary: $55,000 to $62,000 per yearDuties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer all calls that come in through the PerformCare lineAnswer all Warmline callsDeescalate crisis calls as neededComplete Intakes and upload them into Call LogUpload all Intakes into AwardsOpen and admit all youth in the CFS EHR - Awards SystemCancel all the canceled dispatches across all platformsConfirm non-immediate dispatchesComplete discharge reports and outstanding dischargesAssist with PE/ 3560Run progress note reports and follow ups with CISAssist Administrative Assistant with monthly follow up callsAssist with monthly file reviews as neededQualificationsBachelors in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, special education)Must be energetic, organized and able to work as part of a team, and be culturally competent and responsive.Must have a car, valid driver's licenseExcellent communication, organizational and assessment skills.Excellent writing skills.Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite proficient).Strong interpersonal skills.Benefits:At the Center for Family Services, our employees are our greatest resource, and we are committed to investing in our staff.
