With a workforce comprised of more than 90% veterans from the very operational communities we support, our team brings unmatched mission understanding, operational experience, and technical expertise to every effort.Position OverviewOWT Global is seeking a Capture Manager (UxS / C5ISR) to support strategic growth initiatives and lead capture efforts across Unmanned Systems (UxS), C5ISR, and related mission areas within the DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal government space.This role is responsible for driving the successful pursuit and capture of new business opportunities from qualification through contract award. The Capture Manager will lead capture execution activities, develop competitive win strategies, coordinate internal pursuit teams, and support the development of winning technical and operational solutions aligned with customer mission requirements.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the federal acquisition environment, competitive positioning, proposal development, and capture execution within fast-paced defense and national security markets. This individual must be capable of managing multiple simultaneous pursuits while maintaining disciplined execution across active opportunities.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role critical to the company’s continued growth across emerging defense technology and mission-support programs.Key Responsibilities Lead capture activities for UxS and C5ISR opportunities from qualification through contract award May support other stages of the business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, customer engagement, and early opportunity shaping activities Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, competitive positioning, and pursuit plans aligned with company objectives Coordinate internal pursuit teams across Engineering, Operations, Pricing, Contracts, and Proposal functions to develop winning solutions Conduct competitive analysis, market assessments, and price-to-win evaluations Lead gate reviewsand capture readiness activities Support proposal development activities, including technical, management, staffing, and costinputs Assistwith teaming strategies, partner coordination, and subcontractor engagement Maintain visibility into acquisition timelines, procurement activities, and customer priorities Support pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification activities Qualifications 5–8 years ofdemonstratedsuccess supporting business development and capture of programs within the DoD, IC, and federal government contract space OR10 years of combined military service and industry experience Proven experience supporting and winning competitive DoD or federal opportunities in UxS, C5ISR, ISR, or related mission areas Understanding of federal acquisition processes Experience supporting multi-disciplinary capture and proposal efforts Ability tooperateeffectively in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and deadline-driven environments Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills Active Secret clearancerequired Desired Skills Experience supporting unmanned platforms (UAS, UGV, USV) and C5ISR mission systems Familiarity with DoD customers including Army, Air Force, SOCOM, Navy, and Intelligence Community stakeholders Experience supporting OTA, IDIQ, GWAC, SBIR transition, and other non-traditional acquisition pathways Existing relationships with government customers, industry partners, and mission stakeholders Understanding of pricing strategies, proposal development, and competitive positioning Military, operational, or deployed experience highly valued Bachelor’s degree in Business , Engineering, or related field preferred Benefits Comprehensive Coverage: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare with a 50% employer contribution Insurance Protection: Competitive short- and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and Workers’ Compensation coverage Retirement Plans: Traditional and Roth 401(k) options with a 4% employer match through John Hancock with immediate vesting Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, including 160 hours of PTO and 11 days of paid holiday leave
