Office Manager
Job Description
No Scrub Pressure Washing is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and driven Office Manager to help keep our phones ringing and our schedule packed. This is a results-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to customers, and understands how strong office performance drives revenue.

What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact—answer calls, texts, and emails with confidence and professionalism
Convert incoming leads into booked jobs and maximize daily scheduling
Coordinate efficiently with field technicians to keep routes full and productive
Manage invoicing, payments, and basic office finances
Track leads, sales, and job performance to drive weekly bonus results
Follow up with past customers to secure reviews, repeat business, and referrals
Keep customer records organized and accurate
Deliver top-tier customer service from first call to final invoice
What We’re Looking For
Previous office management, admin, or inside sales experience preferred
Strong phone skills and a confident, customer-focused communication style
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and detail-driven
Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic accounting tools
Able to multitask, work independently, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Home service or pressure washing experience is a plus—but not required
