This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long-term growth of Douglas Dynamics.How You Will ContributeThe Assembler/Packer will perform a variety of bench and structural assembly, boxing and bagging operations of parts, components, and assemblies for the company’s snowplow and Ice Control products lines and accessories. Assembly may be performed on a paced conveyor or non-paced environment. Sets up and operates machinery and equipment such as assembly and packaging, unloading parts from a powered conveyor, bagging machines, strapper, and assorted power and hand tools. Actively participates in team and total quality commitment activities. Performs designated maintenance functions; assumes ownership for quality of all products. Participates in training and 5-S activities.In this role, you will leverage your skills, experience, and perspective to make a meaningful impact.
