We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time Outpatient Therapist in Bad Axe, MI.Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.Facilitate therapeutic or psycho-educational groups based on agency needs.Support clinical documentation, authorizations, and collaborate with schools, courts, and community agencies.Utilize person-centered and short-term treatment approaches, maintaining a 50% face-to-face contact rate.Participate in staffings, emergency meetings, supervision, and on-call coverage.Support culturally-informed, recovery-based, and trauma-informed care practices.Qualifications include a master's degree in social work or psychology, with a preferred Michigan license (LMSW or CAADC) and at least 2 years of community outpatient experience.
