This role will focus on maintaining, securing, and optimizing our internal systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in network management, device administration, and Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the organization’s local and cloud-based networks, ensuring high availability and security.Oversee end-user devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals), including configuration, updates, and compliance.)Administer identity and access management systems (Okta, Azure AD, or similar), ensuring proper access control and governance.Collaborate closely with security teams to implement and uphold compliance standards (such as ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST, etc) across the organization.Implement and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls, and other security tools with the Cybersecurity Manager and Systems Administrator.Troubleshoot network and system issues, providing Tier 2–3 technical support.Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes, enhance automation, and improve operational efficiency.Maintain clear and accurate documentation for system configurations, policies, and incident resolution procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting tools.Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or Kandji).Proficiency in IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.).Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.RequirementsMust be located within commuting distance of Los Angeles.Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder).Why Join HidonixOpportunity to shape visual identity at a fast-growing, design-forward companyCollaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits/ Flexible PTOWork with a passionate, globally distributed team
