Medical Assistant (MA) - Multiple Locations (Joliet, Lisle, Naperville, Wheaton, Plainfield)Pay: $21-$24/hourJoin a Patient-First Care TeamWe're hiring Medical Assistants across several locations, including Joliet, Lisle, Naperville, Wheaton, and Plainfield. In this role, you'll support both patient care and clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No specialty experience required-we'll train you.ScheduleShifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM8-hour shifts, Monday-FridayOccasional Saturday rotation may be requiredKey ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical SupportPrepare exam rooms (cleaning, stocking, sterilizing)Room patients and collect vitals, medical history, and symptomsAssist providers during exams and proceduresAdminister injections and vaccinationsPerform EKGs, phlebotomy, and lab specimen collectionConduct point-of-care testingTake accurate manual blood pressure readingsAdministrative DutiesSchedule appointments and support clinic flowDocument in EPIC (or similar EMR systems)Handle referrals and prior authorizationsCoordinate with pharmacies, labs, and imaging centersRespond to patient calls and messagesWhat You BringRequired:High School Diploma or GEDMedical Assistant or relevant clinical experienceExperience with EKGs, injections, and manual BPStrong communication skillsPreferred:EPIC/EMR experienceCMA, CCMA, or RMA (not required)Why Apply?Competitive paySupportive team environmentOpportunity to grow your clinical skillsReady to take the next step?
