Sr. Customer Success Account Manager

Senior Customer Account Success ManagerDNV is seeking a Senior Customer Account Success Manager with the option to work a hybrid schedule at one of our many offices. This role would be serving Energy Systems on the Electric Grid team.This role will be primarily based out of our Portland, OR, Corvallis, OR or Houston, TX office.This is a critical and highly visible Customer Success role to maximize revenue retention, minimize churn, orchestrate customer win backs, promote value realization (post sales), and drive expansion. These capabilities are important as our Electric Grid business shifts our digital solutions from on premise to a recurring SaaS revenue model. Success in this role is highly dependent on the ability to work cross functionally, understand value drivers, level shift between different levels of stakeholder engagement, and own critical KPIs (ex.
